November Gunfighter Wellness Calendar, HeartLink & Key Spouse Training

PLEASE PASS ALONG THIS INFORMATION TO YOUR SQUADRON SPOUSES!

**CLICK HERE for the Gunfighter Wellness Calendar for November.  Remember that classes are FREE for all active, retired and military spouses, so sign up for your favorites ASAP!  

**There are still spots available for Heart Link on Wednesday, November 7th from 8;30am-2pm.  All spouses are encouraged to attend at least once, especially if you have recently moved to Mountain Home AFB or know someone who has, be sure to pass along this information.  Call the A&FRC to register 828-2458.

**Also, if you are interested in being a Key Spouse for your squadron, be sure to talk to your spouses's First Sergeant and register for Key Spouse training happening November 1st.  You can sign up for the morning training 9am-12:30pm or the evening training from 5pm-8:30pm.  Again, call the A&FRC to register 828-2458.
